Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn leather goods in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are securely protected.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it firmly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
